Zina: How did you get there first? Zetti: Don't even think about it! Zetti: The one with the longest tail wins! Zina: Ah, I have other things to do anyway.

New cat tree!

Zina: This is shit-good clawing material, testing testing! Zetti: What is that thing hanging up there?

A new trick

Zetti: I have come up with a new trick to get that lazy bitch out of bed in the morning. When miaowing doesn't work, I lay down at her feet, letting her think that I will wait patiently until she wakes up. Not. I stick my paw under the sheet and tickle her foot! She doesn't like that at all, and usually wakes up. Mission accomplished. Zina: I can miaow much louder than my sister, so when walking up and down that Mensch lying in bed doesn't work, I sit across from her face, sniff her nose, and tickle her with my whiskers. Then I MIAOW! Several times if needed.

Overview

Every so often that Mensch is coming to check what we are doing. We like to surprise her. Like this time, we were lying on the top of the wardrobe, watching her coming in. Having a bit of a snooze, at the same time being on guard. Just in case.

Daily happenings

Zina: Taking a break from all the things I have to do in the day.

One of the things is I do every day is to claw on the cat tree, release the fluff, then bring it onto the bed, leaving a trail of lint behind. I don't understand why that Mensch is muttering about it. Zetti: Sometimes I like to be petted on my belly. Then I miaow and walk around, until that Mensch gets the drift and sits down on the sofa to do her job.

Watchcats

Zina: I like sitting in the bedroom, on the chest of drawers that is conveniently located at the window, looking at the neighbours house and garden. Things move out there, which I find fascinating. Daytime there is construction work going on, and men are moving about. I make sure they don't come close.

Zetti: I keep an eye out the window from the guest room. I hide in there, to make sure that Mensch cannot find me when I'm busy watching. But somehow she does anyway, I really don't know how.

Sleep sleep sleep

Favourite pastime

Zina: I like to play, but I really enjoy sleeping. I do it so well that Mensch tells me. This bed is one of my favs, but I can sleep everywhere.

Zetti: That Mensch keeps on coming checking on me and my sister, petting us. I like that. Then I stretch, and curl up again. I like my sleep.

Boxes are fun

Spring on the balcony

Zetti: That Mensch have something called a balcony, a place where I am sometimes allowed to go. Until now, it has not been very interesting, but the last few days there was sunshine and I love lying out there watching all the things happening outside. Also, there is an empty flowerpot on the balcony, which I like to drink water from.

Zina: I am an insect-hunter. I can chase them, catch them, play with them and then eat them. And I hate when they get away by simply disappearing. Sometimes I chase my sister around out there. That is fun.
